Delivery & Returns Policy


Postage Policies:

We post worldwide, so please contact us if you require a quote. Postage charges will be automatically calculated at checkout for you, if there are any issues, please let us know.

Please be aware that some of our items are made to order and can carry extended lead times. If you are unsure or would like to confirm lead times prior to ordering, please contact us.

We aim to deliver stocked items within 3-5 working days depending on the time of order and availability from our suppliers. If you are still waiting for your product after 10 working days please contact us so that we can track your item.

Upon receipt of your order please check the package and contents. If the package does not appear to be in good condition then please refuse the delivery. If the contents are found to be damaged, please contact us within 3 working days. Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims that you make there after.



If you would like to return your item please check that you are within the return period and contact us to arrange a return and refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

ALL items will be inspected upon return and a full refund will only be issued if the item is in satisfactory condition. We will unable to offer a refund for damaged goods. Return postage costs are paid for by the buyer and are non-refundable.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is not damaged or used.
